Several years ago I had the opportunity to learn how to make homemade jams and jellies. We prepared peaches, oranges and spices to cook into a luscious concoction of bubbling, aromatic, and amazing deliciousness. The dominant colors here are red, orange and yellow tones with some white highlights where the bubbles come up and reflect light for barely a second before they burst into the hot liquid.
